Withdrawal/ Return

You have the right to return the products you purchased without any reason, by filling in the relevant cancellation request, which you are obliged to communicate by fax or email to the address info@gusfree.gr, and to return the product you purchased within ten (10) calendar days from date of receipt.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered, complete, undamaged (both product and packaging) and unused. It must also be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or purchase invoice. Before each return, the customer must contact the e-mail info@gusfree.gr in order to set the time of receiving the product. The purchase price is refunded in the same way as the payment for their purchase.

In the event of a product return, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 30 days from the date the company receives the returned products. The refund can also be made by crediting the customer's bank account, which will be notified to gusfree.gr in time and in writing.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

In case of an order with missing data such as for example the wrong code, size or choice of color and size, the products have the possibility to be replaced with the simultaneous charge of the customer with the return and replacement costs which amount to 10 euros.

Replacement of Products

If, due to the fault of KOSTAS PSATHA, incorrect (error or missing in the shipment) or defective products were sold, the customer may either not accept to receive the product from the beginning or request its return.

If no defect or lack is declared, the receipt is considered unconditional and KOSTAS PSATHAS bears no responsibility.

In this case, the company must immediately replace the product at its own expense. In case of impossibility of replacement, the Return procedure is followed.

If within 10 days no mistake, defect or lack is declared by the customer, the receipt is considered unconditional and KOSTAS PSATHAS bears no responsibility.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use and the use of the website www.gusfree.gr are governed by Greek Law, by the applicable European Union legislative provisions and by the relevant International Treaties. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. The Courts of Athens are responsible for resolving any dispute that may arise from the use of the gusfree.gr website or regarding the interpretation or application of these terms of use or arising from them.
