Products delivery

In case you have chosen to collect the products from our store, the delivery of the products is made only to the buyer, who will have to collect his order in person by showing his original ID or passport and his credit card.
It is prohibited to receive the order from a third party unless the buyer authorizes a third party in writing. And in the case of written authorization, the authorized person should present the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the products.

Delivery time

Delivery takes place within 1-3 days from the day of the order and depends on the availability of the products. In exceptional cases and if the customer has been previously informed, the delivery time may be extended.

Delivery method
The products are received in Greece via General Post or via courier company BOX NOW. Outside of Greece, shipping is done by the Hellenic Post Office or by FEDEX EXPRESS

Cost of Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery costs 2 euros.

Fast shipping method outside Greece

USA/Canada: FEDEX, €17 fixed cost with 3-4 day delivery

For UK: FEDEX, €24 flat cost, with 3-4 days delivery

Standard shipping method within Greece.

General Post 3 € fixed cost.

Normal way of shipping outside Greece
Europe/ USA: 5-10 days
Canada 7-15 days
Rest of the world: 10-15 days

Regardless of the payment method (via credit card or cash on delivery), any shipping and cash on delivery management costs are borne by the customer-buyer in any case and are paid to the latter to the employee of the courier company upon delivery-receipt of the products.
